The Osmo Pro features the Zenmuse X5 camera which is a mirrorless, Micro-Four Thirds camera that is designed specifically for professional aerial cinematography and photography. The camera is capable of recording 4K video at up to 30 fps or 16-megapixel still images. The camera also features an interchangeable lens mount so users can capture the exact image they envision.
The Osmo handheld gimbal system features a comfortable handle that features a joystick, for easy panning and tilting of the gimbal. The handle also features an easy, start/stop button and a shutter button. The handle can additionally easily detach ad attach for easy storage.
The 3-Axis gimbal incorporates three motors that give users extmremely smooth and stable footage. The gimbal can pan or tilt at a rate of up to 120° per second over a 320° range, tilt down 25°, and up 135°,
With the Osmo series, users can create 360° panoramas at the tap of the button or create easy time-lapses for more dynamic, and creative shots.
The Osmo features an onboard audio device as well as advanced controls such as audio gain settings to ensure crisp sound along with the user's image recordings. The Osmo additionally features a 3.5mm port to plug in any additional audio accessory.
