Hasselblad X1D-50C

Hasselblad X1D

The Hasselblad is a mirrorless camera that is a game changer in the photography world and less than half the weight of other digital medium format cameras. The camera offers a handling experience like no other, featuring the Hasselblad’s iconic, compact and ergonomic design.

Optimized Control

The high-resolution LCD screen offers user complete control over all of the camera’s features. The icon-based interface helps to speed up access to all of the camera’s different customization options as well as intuitive playback functions such as swipe, or pinch to zoom. With a 2.4 MP electronic viewfinder, users will have a crisp and clean view of the screen even in bright or difficult lighting conditions.

Upgraded Design

Thanks to its mirrorless design, the 50MP CMOS sensor is able to be designed smaller than most full frame 35 mm cameras. With the Hasselblad X1D photographers now have a camera that is the size of a small format rangefinder, but with the same quality that only a Hasselblad medium format camera can give. The Hasselblad X1D can capture 14 stops of dynamic range for more detail, deeper shadows, and brighter highlights.

All New Lenses

The new camera features a new range of autofocus lenses that are specifically designed to match with the high-resolution capabilities of the X1D. The new lenses deliver extreme sharpness in a compact form to match the slim build of the cameras body. Users with existing H systems also have the flexibility to use any of their existing lenses with the Hasselblad X1D by using an optional adapter.

Phocus is a free image processing software that delivers the highest quality RAW file processing. The software has been updated and expanded with all new features that are optimized for the X1D camera. Users can also preview RAW video files and export to Apple ProRes format with their choice of desktop editing software. Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom are both compatible.
